Troy brings three decades of experience in government relations. As a former Parks and Recreation Director he understands the delicate balance between government, charities and private development. He is currently serving as Director of Development and Government Affairs for Jalaram Hotels. He owns Walking Man Consulting and Coquina Coast Realty along with several other business interest. He also has multiple webcast on The 904 Now network. He is a life long Floridian and a graduate of Flagler College.
Troy is a believer in community first and volunteers throughout the county with several organizations. He has been working to relieve homelessness in St. Augustine since 2003. He is a proud father of two boys, Blake and Ty.
