Home Again St. Johns Receives $2 Million Grant to Transform Lives & Expand Support for the Homeless

We are thrilled to announce that Home Again St. Johns, a dedicated nonprofit organization working tirelessly to address homelessness in our community, has been awarded an incredible $2 million by the St. Johns County Commission. This will serve as a significant milestone in our mission to provide essential services and support to individuals struggling with homelessness. With this generous funding, we will be able to build a brand new headquarters and expand our housing facilities, furthering our commitment to ending homelessness in St. Johns County.

The $2 million grant is a testament to the trust and confidence that the County Commission has placed in Home Again St. Johns and its mission. This funding will be instrumental in establishing a new headquarters that will serve as a central hub for our operations. The headquarters will not only enhance our organizational capacity but also provide a welcoming space for individuals seeking assistance. We are excited about the opportunities this new facility will offer, allowing us to streamline our services and maximize our impact.

In addition to the new headquarters, this will allow us to start our housing facilities. We firmly believe that providing safe and stable housing is a fundamental step towards breaking the cycle of homelessness. This will enable us to construct additional transitional housing units, accommodating a larger number of individuals in need. These new facilities will create a supportive environment where residents can access essential resources, receive personalized care, and work towards rebuilding their lives.

As we embark on this transformative journey, we invite you to join us in our mission to end homelessness in St. Johns County. Our work is not ending here, and we still need the support from our community. There are numerous ways you can support Home Again St. Johns, from volunteering your time and skills to making a donation that will directly impact the lives of those struggling with homelessness. Together, we can create a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
